Responsibilities:

● Data Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.

- Utilize tools and platforms to gather, interpret, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

● Reporting:

- Develop and generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance, trends, and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized reports that align with client objectives and KPIs.

● Strategic Insights:

- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall campaign performance.

- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement through analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

● A/B Testing:

- Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize various elements of digital marketing campaigns, such as ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages.

● Forecasting:

- Assist in developing forecasting models to predict future campaign performance and budget allocation, helping clients make informed decisions.

● Client Communication:

- Collaborate with account managers to present findings and insights to clients clearly and understandably.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing data-driven recommendations for achieving their marketing objectives.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role in a digital marketing environment.

● Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation software.

● Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

● Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

● Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
