Roles and Responsibilities

Good maintenance of the collaborative platform

  • Mobile device management for Android and remaining iOS devices
  • Support of end user for L3 Support tickets
  • Training and communication to end users and IT
  • Advocate the usage of new tools, new features
  • Effective support for urgent matters
  • Support of end users for complex issues
  • Facilitate transformation labs to inspire users and prototype new business cases
  • Removing and decommissioning of old and obsolete collaboration tools

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering

  • 5+ years of practical experience in IT
  • Basic programming skills
  • Familiarity with Google Apps, Cloud Integration, SQL
  • Experience in Android device management
  • Knowledge of MS Excel to transpose the usage into the Google ecosystem
  • Fluent or native English speaker
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and investigation skills with an attention to detail
  • Knowledge/ Experience in Project Management and Change Management
