Roles and Responsibilities

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods and plan routes
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Check POD metrics and take measures to improve the metrics
Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
Review proper package allocation to all the channels.
To ensure that all the cash/package losses are either recovered in cash or CN has been raised.
