• Drive Plant and Operational P&L bottom lines by implementing the very best of Systems & Processes.
• Work closely with customers to ensure all the quality queries and challenges are addressed immediately and open issues if any are immediately taken care of.
• Interact with customer service representatives to understand customers production plans and augment capacity utilization as per the same.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of utilizing process-oriented approach towards the accomplishment of cost, profit, service & organizational goals.
• Ensure KPIs are met - Production, Quality, Productivity, Cost as per Annual, Monthly and Daily targets.
• Proactively build a culture of Safety with zero accidents, along with Plant Control department and other relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for Maintaining and improving OEE.
• An integrated approach across the plant to ensure better cost efficiencies through better utilization of inventory and processes.
• Responsible for Rejection Reduction Control, Manufacturing Process Control, In-Process Quality Control.
• To Delivery of products as per customer requirement.
• Responsible for the manufacturing process and Productivity improvements.
• Responsible for Systems and process control and management.
• Responsible for Operations setup for new plant i.e. multiple machines, parts, and customer base.
• Maintaining harmonious Trust based Industrial Relations with employees and workmen.
• Review of the countermeasure implementation status of Production & Process related problem.
• Participation in the creation of Plant Budget and drive adherence to the same.
• Planning and implementation of new production lines at Plant.
• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) at the Plant to extract the best performance.
• Constantly review Processes, Audit defects, and their countermeasure.
• Drive better than best Asset Utilization and Timely dispatches to clients pan India.
• Lead the NPD across both existing and new clients.
• In-depth understanding of industry & technology trends with the merit of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall costs.
• Building networks all around with Customers/ Suppliers/ Associates.
• Ensure strict adherence to Statutory Compliance as per various applicable regulations like Pollution Control, Boiler Operation, Factory Act, etc.
• Lead the Planning, Implementation of changes to technology, Machinery and Equipment, Process Methodology, Direction of Quality Assurance and Control Systems & Reporting procedures.
• Expert in managing the employees of all departments for a smooth production run.
• Preparation of Yearly revenue budget for Plant CAPEX, Regular Dashboard and Review.
• Review the Consumption & Inventory status of Indirect Process Material on weekly basis concerning the approved budget.
• Excellent Understanding of understanding the Quality Issues and Concerns of leading OEM is an absolute must.
  

• Qualification – B-Tech, Post-Graduation – MBA / PGDBM / PGPM (additional advantage).
• Experience:15+ Years of experience in the Auto OEM / Tier- 1 Industry.
• Hands-on Experience in Driving Profitability and Improving Systems and Processes with an Automotive Company is mandatory needed for this role.
