Job Description
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Facilitate / coordinate E2E go to market strategy,
  • Lead the change alignment with all BUs with confidence on deployment approach, timeline and capacity
  • Manage execution of strategic DA initiatives (transformation, productivity, solution deployment)
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Timely lead the resolution of incidents in the assigned solutions
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple BUs are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Job PurposeThis role is required to manage the execution of strategic Transformation initiatives (transformation, productivity, solution deployment) focusing on CDAR solution deployment to end users. This role will be interacted with DA delivery, DA COE, DA Transformation, Technology and all BUs that require based on end-to-end process execution. Project manager will Develop action plans and coordinate execution against set objectives and ensure the strategic DA initiatives seamlessly deploy and adopt by DA users on time and within agreed budgetedQualificationsBachelor’s degree and above
  • 5+ years work experience in project management, operation management and experience in marketing research field will be an advantage
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Independent on project management and leading the resolutions for critical to success issue with the sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
  • Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enables effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to use collaboration tools (MS Office, Team ((Chat s/w))
