Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of recruiting experience within a search firm or corporate environment.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Domain experience to build productive partnerships with internal leaders.
  • Ability to recruit candidates in the technology industry and engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn about markets quickly and to manage a thorough and high-quality search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
  • Ability to independently manage and drive the search strategy and prioritize effectively based on key market insights.
  • Excellent consultative skills.

As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll advise customers on their leadership and talent requirements and place external/internal candidates into executive roles within the customer organization.

In this role, you’ll understand external trends in the talent market, engage talent for opportunities, manage the customer and candidate throughout the process, assess and evaluate talent for roles, and lead candidate discussions through to close.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive-level management on leadership requisitions and assist them in determining and fulfilling their talent needs.
  • Create and execute leadership search strategies across a variety of product areas and functions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and present leadership talent to management across Google.
  • Build relationships with leadership talent in the marketplace. Identify passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage a search process and help hire talent.
