5 Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

6 Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes

7 Approach potential customers to establish relationships

8 Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts

9 Gain solid knowledge of competitors

10 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

11 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

12 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

13 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

14 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

15 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

16 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
