Responsibilities:

Accountable for overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the company on a PAN India basis.
Lead and manage activities for lead generation, new business / market development ( National as well as International), sales planning and operations, key account management.
Setting targets and monitoring them monthly to ensure that they are in line with the business plan
Meeting the revenue and margin targets for the business
Track market changes and conduct market research & analysis to map competition strategy.
Formulating strategies for reaching out to unexplored markets/ groups for business expansion
Play a strategic role in building brands to drive business and sustain profitability.

Requiremnet :

10-12 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in regional or zonal level, preferably from rice / parboiling industry
Experience in analysing and evaluation of new business and perform comprehensive risk benefit analysis.
Client Relationship Management Skills
Corporate B2B sales experience
