We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

Job Title: Procurement Senior Analyst, Talent

Reports to: Talent- Procurement Manager

Service Line: Procurement – USI Delivery center

Deloitte is seeking a high performing and motivated candidate to grow the Talent Procurement team in India. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting key internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships in areas of talent acquisition-full-time hiring and contractor staffing, talent benefits and other Talent related procurement activities in USI and global regions.

Knowledge and understanding of Talent Acquisition sub-categories like Agency hiring, Job portals, Technical assessment suppliers etc, Technology and Non-Technology Contingent Labor hiring, Contractor Payroll Management and Managed Services Programs will be an added advantage
This position is an opportunity to play an active role in the selection and management of highly visible and critical service providers.

Qualifications:
1. Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
⦁ Necessary Prior Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, Human Resources and Recruiting knowledge/experience is a plus. Process analysis, full lifecycle contracting and Source to Contract as well as customer service experience a plus.

2. Required Specific Skills:
⦁ Strong procurement skills (sourcing, contracting, supplier management)
⦁ Experience in Talent hiring (fulltime and contingent labor), employee benefits and related categories
⦁ Strong research and analytical skills
⦁ Demonstrate ability to work independently and produce results with minimum direction.
⦁ A “customer service” orientation and ability to work under tight time constraints.
⦁ Experience as a contributing member of a cross-functional team, with ability to build consensus among people.
⦁ Experience working on a virtual team is highly desired
⦁ Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
⦁ Competence with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
⦁ Experience with the strategic procurement process in a large decentralized environment is preferred.
⦁ Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and tools such as Six-sigma and value stream mapping.

3. Required Technical Skills:
