GENERAL SUMMARY

3 to 5 years of experience in Professional Software Development preferably in the areas of Audio Codecs, Audio Streaming/Playback or mobile multimedia applications
Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
Strong Software development and debugging skills in C and C++,embedded software development
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Multimedia SW development experience on Windows Phone.
HW driver development experience would be a strong plus
Good understanding of Audio processing knowledge
Good to have Knowledge in Audio compression standards and audio codecs like MP3, AAC, AMR Windows Media Audio, etc
Good understanding of computer architecture and operating system desired

Experience preferred in Professional Software Development preferably in the areas of Audio Codecs, Audio Streaming/Playback or mobile multimedia applications
Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
Audio and voice processing knowledge and basic theories
Knowledge in Audio compression standards.
Knowledge of audio/video file containers like 3gp, 3g2, MP4, ASF, DivX, MKV, Mpeg-TS/PS etc
Understanding of DSP fundamentals and ability to design and implement a real-time multimedia system from bottom up
HW driver development
Software development and debugging skills in C and C++,embedded development
Good understanding of computer architecture and operating system desired.
Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Compute Engineering./ Electronics & Communication Engineering

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Information Systems

Work Experiences:

2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc., 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience

4+ years Software Engineering or related work experience. ,1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above). ,2+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization. ,2+ years experience with API. ,2+ years experience with Database Management Software.
