Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Officer FMCG to join our team at Wings bizpro. As a Senior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the FMCG sector. Preferably Milk.This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Hubballi, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Good knowledge of the FMCG market
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Should be highly motivated, willing to travel extensively-
  • to set up robust Distribution Network for Nandini Goodlife.
  • Liaison with Depots, UHT Plants ,Milk Unions for achieving volume targets set for the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the FMCG sector
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client needs and concerns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
  • Ensure timely delivery and payment collection
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Preference to those who have experience in Milk and Milk products
  • enroll new retail outlets,
  • Constantly try and achieve the targets set
  • Plan and execute BTL activities
  • Merchandising in Modern retail.
  • Work closely with high volume Dealers
