Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Site Accommodation Coordinator to support our team in Shillong. As a Site Accommodation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a safe and comfortable living space for the team on the project site. You will be in charge of coordinating and managing accommodation operations, including the allocation of rooms, catering services, cleaning services, and maintenance of accommodation facilities. You will need to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and experienced in managing day-to-day operations of accommodations or hospitality.

Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, facilities, or project management
  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations, and ability to manage emergency situations with confidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or Project Management
  • Familiarity with the geography and culture of the Shillong region is preferred
