PARAGON DIGITAL SERVICES Social Media Marketing Analyst

  • Very good communication skills need to be coordinating with 66 Markets Globally (Mostly Directors/SVPs in the various agencies e.g. Carat/Posterscope. etc) through email/teams calls. Hence need good written and verbal communication
  • Lumina Reporting (overall marketing budget – Coordinates with all agencies under Dentsu working on Philips client to collate budget data in overall marketing efforts) . Even if the person is not aware of Lumina tool experience working on any CRM tool should be ok, but Lumina experience is preferable
  • Briefing email to local Carat markets
  • Run report to check completeness
  • Sense check if markets have updated all.
  • Final report to Philips, using an existing template

  • Lumina Admin (being an admin to grant access to other global teams – helping them with queries- Directors etc) | Lumina experience is preferable
  • Helping local Carat teams with their Lumina entries.
  • Approving new users, setting up new vendors and regions

  • Market Contact Updates
  • Need to brief all markets to update their contact list once in 3 months ( need to keep all contacts POCs up-to-date)

  • Newsletter
  • Sending out a newsletter to Philips once a week using Mailchimp (content comes from Carat team) email marketing experience or hands on experience on MailChimp
