The team is looking for an experienced Telugu and English speaking professional to own and drive strategic programs r in Telugu speaking regions.
The location is flexible for the right candidate but preferably Bangalore or Gurgaon and will involve up to 30% travel when work- related travel starts.



Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with agencies and outsourced vendor partners to ensure program delivery as per operational and
program goals
• Analyse program performance on well-defined metrics, conduct reviews with stakeholders and suggest
improvement areas
• Continue to identify opportunities to improve operational excellence by developing and sharing best
practices, utilizing metrics, and incorporating cross-functional feedback to drive the best solutions
• Be an internal advocate for creators to suggest changes and best practices to the product teams

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and external stakeholders
• Develop content to educate creators on best practices which will help them achieve their objectives;
Build program delivery toolkits and communication materials
• Collaborate with a large number of cross-functional teams as you build and execute high quality
programs





Desired Candidate Profile


• Proficiency in Telugu and English; Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and execute complex programs at scale
• Ability to quickly experiment, iterate and scale new initiatives; Strong bias for action
• Experience in managing and growing partners/customers at scale
• Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas
• Ability to analyse large volumes of data to derive insights to achieve your objectives
• Experience of having worked in large cross-functional, multi-national, multi-cultural environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Strong understanding of social media and short-form video ecosystem
