Training Coordinator
JOB INFORMATION
Mission
To ensure smooth flow of TD & CT programs and the delivery at the regional level. Single point of contact for co-ordination with the internal & external trainers
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating all the administration leading to the training courses, which would include printing, stationary, training props etc.
- Responsible for the travel plans including hotel bookings, travel bookings which would include car bookings too for Trainers, Empanelled Facilitators
- Maintain the Master training Calendar / Tech chart and publish the schedule daily.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the training requirements of the location.
- Vendor Management
- Feedback collection & evaluation to be sent to respective people
- Be a single point contact for complete program co-ordination with the internal & external trainers and LHH
- Ensure smooth execution of training delivery
- Distribution of course material
- Keeping a track of the course material, training books, training props – MIS format
- Inventory control
- Handling internal communication and coordinating with diff. dept. maintaining files and corresponding with internal & external trainers
- End to end Client invoice handing
- Handle end to end empanelled trainers MOU and invoices
- Sourcing, Validating & Selecting Trainers
- Scheduling of Empanelment of Trainers & Demos
- Update and maintain MIS & Reports
