From large scale regeneration and climate change responses, to multi-purpose and smart infrastructure, were delivering integrated and resilient solutions that reinvent cities, reconnect communities and create lasting value.

Primary role of the incumbent will be to function as Urban Designer for assignments and drive design development, managing preparation of deliverables and presentations and any other technical outcomes.

Master planning:

• Handle Technical aspects for planning and coordination for preparation of project deliverables site assessment, project benchmarking development of conceptual options, land use configuration, master planning layout, identifying population and GFA demands for master plans.
• Knowledge of current trends and technologies in planning and integrating inputs and outputs with the environmental, infrastructure and transportation planners.

Urban design:

• Write and illustrate urban design concepts, explanation and analysis of a projects requirements to develop urban design and landscape guidelines, development of presentations and reports to explain the same.

Architecture:

• Write and illustrate concepts around different types of architecture, explanation and analysis of a projects requirements to develop project briefs, strategies and guidelines
• Analysis and mapping in GIS.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• You should be experienced in the design and delivery of projects related to urban design.
• This requires strong design skills in the shaping of urban development experience in the massing and design requirements for buildings of different land use types, understanding of the requirements for design guidelines for architectural design and urban design, and experience in the design of the public realm.
• You should be capable of taking the lead in the definition of design principles for urban development and should have experience in guiding the development of CGIs and other sketches and drawings to represent the design objectives for a particular master plan development.
• Education should include some background in architecture, as well as master planning or urban design specialization.
• Experience with landscape architecture and principles of sustainable design would also be an advantage.
