Roles and Responsibilities

Establish & strengthening relationship with Staffs to generate Leads

Prospecting & Meeting walk in customers of the Corporate agents and Banks and Conducting Quick Need Analysis
Increasing Partner Customer awareness about Life Insurance Products and achieve the Targeted penetration on cross sell within the Branch customer base.
Creating awareness and motivate Partner to recommend life Insurance products to Partner’s customer.
Delivering Constantly on Goal Sheet Parameters.
Ensure Compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & Service Standards.

PERFORMANCE GOALS & INDICATORS FOR THE ROLE :

Desired Candidate Profile

Age within 35 Years

Candidate Must Know Local Language apart from basic proficiency in English

Should be Open to travel within city

Should be open to source business independently
