Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing, automation, journey builder, and data management.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing strategies and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute data-driven segmentation strategies to target audiences effectively, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s capabilities for personalized and relevant communication.
  • Experience with building strategies for end customers to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement through campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization, maximizing ROI and customer engagement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in marketing automation.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and drive actionable insights for optimization.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator).
