Responsibilities

At Navigant, the Research Analyst is someone who demonstrates digital expertise with an emphasis on synthesizing data and research trends from a variety of sources to develop strategic insights that will become the foundation of different Research programs across multiple domains viz - Energy, Healthcare .The Analyst will collect, streamline and standardize data; conduct internal data analysis to help Subject Matter Experts; and improve performance across different programs. In addition, this person will be responsible for doing custom research based on client queries.

As such the Analyst should have a strong business acumen and the ability to leverage a wide array of data collection and analysis techniques to develop innovative recommendations. The ideal candidate is passionate about different data collection approaches, interpreting data, providing thought leadership/insights and making recommendations in line with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

▪ The candidate would be involved in Quantitative & Qualitative research

▪ Responsible for understanding, reviewing, and gathering the required information through secondary research from different data sources on their own

▪ Will be responsible for data manipulation and data streamlining

▪ Will be responsible for transcribing and reporting the information collected into client ready formats, as required

▪ Perform internal data analysis and data quality. Analyze results, interpret and communicate findings to the business.

▪ Actively seek feedback on the research done and identify the scope for process improvement

▪ Proactively seeks out new data collection tools and data interpretation approaches

Qualifications

Bachelors and 1+ years of experience in research/analytic work experience in data volume environment.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Naturally curious and passionate about numbers, data, insights and applications to marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to interact stakeholders at different levels and present take-away insights
  • Capable of anticipating potential issues/problems and developing solutions when needed.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
Additional Requirements
  • Experience working on tasks or projects with data collection and data streamlining
  • Experience working on Excel Dashboard and Reports.
