Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist at Seed Realty Private Limited located in Thane. The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting residential real estate sales, negotiating contracts and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The goal is to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and establish Seed Realty Private Limited as the preferred provider of Real Estate services.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate market
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Knowledge of Real Estate investment strategies and financial planning is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
