Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate Revenues as per budgets category wise (a check to be maintained on primary vs secondary difference)

- Responsible for Volume, Value and footfall of the stores along with profitability (review of MIS)

- Monthly/fortnightly audit of the store. Responsible for score from customer feedback, audits on store hygiene, planograms followed and displays / POP placement as per agreed norms.

- Responsible for CSR’s performance. Should speak with CSRs, resolve their issues, Make sure CSR’s deliver productivity as agreed. Work for team development to increase effectiveness.

- Weekly review of the store manager

- Finalization of new stores locations and renovation of existing points in addition to branding etc. Negotiation and coordination with vendors responsible for renovation and marketing activities.

- Liaising with Sales Service and accounts in case of any escalation.

- Meeting with Service franchisees and Ambassadors on bi monthly basis, with offers and incentive proposals. Proposal on incentive /offers to be closed with branch management in advance.

- Should be currently handling multiple stores-

- Store size is approx. 500-700 Sq.Ft.

- Will be handling day to day operations of existing stores as well as responsible for new expansion.

- Also will be handling - footfalls, BTL Activities, Profitability, Inventory management, Vendor management, Store Management, People management.


Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA Preferred

- Experience in Retail Operation, Franchise Management, Store Expansion.

- Candidate Preferred from retail Industry
