Roles and Responsibilities
Managing sales across existing customers and products thereby achieving sales and set targets.
Managing good customer relations and communications with key existing and potential customers.
Implement product & market scheme and ensure effective control measures and cost controls.
Responsible for Distributor / Dealer management and expansion as per the needs of the business.
Analyse the potential market; share and distribute the target market among its subordinates.
Monitor, analyse and gather information on competitors activities in the allotted region.
Providing the right direction to team members, ensuring their motivation & target achievement.
Effective resource management, utilisation & development.
Represent the sales function at cross functional meetings
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA preferred
- Candidate only from - Telecom, Paints, Electrical, Sanitary ware, Building material Segment
