Retail Store Executive – Chennai(01 Open Position), Mumbai(01 Open Position), Pune(01 Open Position)

SUMMARY:
The candidate will be responsible for providing an inhouse customer experience for the company’s products. Helps in building the brand across the region. They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

PRIMARY TASK INVOLVED:
1. Understand & Listen to the customer’s requirement and offer the right product
2. Educate/Brief customers about the company’s product & its specifications
3. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
4. Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
5. Managing Store budgets & maintaining statistical and financial records
6. Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets
7. Dealing with customer queries/complaints and proper communication to the reporting office
8. Overseeing pricing and stock control & preparing promotional materials and displays
9. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
10. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
