Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Noida, India
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday Off)
Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a background in Real Estate to join our team in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our real estate properties, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide accurate information about features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, including negotiation, closing, and post-sale services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide timely and responsive customer support to address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 6 months to 3 years of successful sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week.
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Noida.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
