Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Dmor Paints Polymers Limited located in Ahmadnagar. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage the sales team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers, identifying new market opportunities, and carrying out market analysis to ensure the company stays ahead of competitors.

Qualifications
 Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the paint or chemical industry
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analysis tools
  • Master’s degree in business administration or a relevant field

Successful candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices, the ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
