You will be working as Sales_Specialist_Heavy_Industries_East and you will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Jamshedpur, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for growing business in Heavy Industries Market (Metal/MMH/Rubber/Cement/Chemical etc.) to meet order targets and ensure sustainable, profitable business growth by planning, overseeing implementation of plans/strategies, and supporting FES team in driving market development within company guidelines.

Your responsibilities
  • Being responsible for Drive Product business in Heavy Industry segment in East India
  • Evaluating growth opportunities and decides appropriate activities inline with the strategy
  • Achieving the sales target in growing Drive product business in Heavy industry segment with Sales team
  • Preparing business plan for cluster-wise to achieve order targets and build sales team Planning activities required for the business in the form of forecast, meetings, ppts
  • Ensuring presales techno-commercial support to FES & channel partners
  • Making sure that portfolio is fully used, properly positioned, communicated to sales & channels
  • Co-ordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed
Your background
  • BE/BTech Graduate with more than 3 years and less than 10 years of experience
  • Good knowledge on the Heavy industry Market
  • Good knowledge on the Drives
  • Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell segment specific drives
  • Good communication skills
