Job Description

Account Payable

  • Supervising vendor Payment (Local) on time
  • Supervising vendor Payment (Import) on time
  • Supervising Statutory Payment on time
  • Circulating MIS on Payment to all Functions
  • Supervising Vendor Master Changes
  • Quarterly Confirmation and reconciliation with Vendors
  • Reviewing AP ageing and ensuring timely clearing
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction feedback- Internal
  • MSME Tracking and Compliance : Ensuring timely invoice processing/paymentfor MSME Customers
