APM Terminals (a part of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group’s Transport and Logistics Division) is a leading global port and cargo inland services provider with a presence in 69 countries providing the world’s most geographically balanced global terminal network with 73 ports along with an inland services network spanning 140 locations. The Global Service Centres serve the APMT business through its off shored sites with its state of the art information technology and dedicated employees. Today we have more than 200 employees working for APMT in the Global Service Centres with activities located in Pune offering FNA services. The main services provided are Transaction and Knowledge based Finance & Accounting, Human Resources Operations, IT Application Support & Knowledge based IT services.

Key responsibilities



  • Data Analysis – Finding discrepancies / deviation from product master data standards
  • Report Creation & explanation on data discrepancies, with customers
  • Following SLAs agreed as per the business requirements
  • Communicating with stakeholders via email, telephone, VC, etc.
  • Ensure to adhere Control Guidelines
  • Understanding the requirement of Master Data Management for Products (MDM)
  • Product data clean up, mapping, enrichment & globalization
  • Consolidating all the deliverables
  • Performing quality check of all the team deliverables
  • Previous master data management experience in IFS
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Specific knowledge around IFS Product Master Module
  • Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas
  • Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
  • Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and “can do “approach
  • Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude
  • Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
  • Achieving agreed KPI results on the above tasks.

We are looking for

Engineering Graduate with 2-6 years of experience in ‘Part/Material MDM’ function.
Technical Skills and Competencies Required
Must Have:
  • Product Master Data Management knowledge
  • Comprehension of Product Data sheet will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of different technical information related to spare parts will be an added advantage
  • Excel Formulas & Pivots
  • Communication: Excellent Verbal and Written

  • Timely Follow Ups on tasks from respective terminals
  • Taking ownership of the deliverables
  • Adhere to the timelines
  • IFS and Workfront Knowledge 
