Management and Financial Reporting:

  • To prepare monthly management accounts and all supporting.
  • To assist in updating and maintaining the month end reporting pack.
  • To ensure accurate maintenance of Account receivables and Payables.
  • To prepare workings on statutory payments and timely filling of returns.
  • To work on Statutory Audit and annual filings.
  • To ensure overall compliance and documentation on audit areas.
  • To help implement e-invoicing for all entities.

Professional Skills Required - essential:

  • Extensive experience in finance and tax
  • Good experience and expertise over return filing, audits, and handling compliances.
  • Self-starter and good team player.
  • Candidate must be prepared to engage in a wide spectrum of duties ranging from posting journals through to communicating results to Global FC and CFO
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work with the cross-function teams, business managers and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Discretion and sensitivity with regards to confidential information.
  • Ability to use Excel (intermediate to advanced) with a high level of numerical accuracy.
