Our community is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Community Program Manager to engage, amplify, and empower our growing, global Flipgrid user community in India.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

Build and foster relationships with members of our educator community across India to connect, support, and grow Flipgrid’s user base in India.

Identify, develop, and lead community engagement campaigns in support of key actions and growth areas.
Represent and amplify the stories, use cases, feedback, trends, and impact of our community to support our product building.
Support our social media strategy to increase following and engagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Strong cultural understanding of Indian school systems, regions, and training organizations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills, including the ability to inspire people.
Ability to manage and lead multiple concurrent projects.
Deep understanding of social media and how to foster a social community.
Demonstrated history of presenting and sharing on behalf of an organization.
Innovative, high energy, outcome driven, and a positive attitude are a must!
