Job location- Madurai

Responsibilities:-

• Manage delivery of Product changes through the Agile scrum processes
• Coach and guide the team to effectively apply Agile methodologies.
• Provide stakeholder liaison and be responsible for relationship management, project management and delivery
• Manage pipeline of multiple complex projects and work streams, ensuring teams are working to fully agreed resource allocation levels
• In conjunction with the associated senior staff, matrix management of a team of developers, testers, and business analysts involved in developing and maintaining processes for efficient delivery of software to customers
• Identify and manage risks.
• Prepare or guide other managers for internal and customer reports.
• Collaborate with other Managers, exchanging ideas, working on improvements of process both within the immediate team and across the company.
• Financial management, including project creation, time tracking and month-end processes to support the finance department.
• Ability to do Project Management, Resource Management, Customer Management, Estimation, Release Planning for multiple products.
