Assist our clients better align their organizations’ technology infrastructures with their strategies. Your key responsibilities


Building relationships is the key. You will be a high-profile contact when it comes to motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds by fostering an innovative and inclusive team-orientated work environment. As you build knowledge and experience, you’ll become a credible advisor to junior consultants within the organization as well as the clients and leading large scale engagements.


Skills and attributes for success


You will spend most of your time responsible for providing our financial services clients with packaged CRM solutions.


To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
  • Experience providing packaged the following CRM solutions; Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Seibel, CRM OnDemand
  • Proven experience working on small to medium sized operations and technology change initiatives or system implementations with ”brand name” consulting firms or internal consulting organizations at leading corporations
  • Understanding of key technology and services vendors and products supporting the mortgage, consumer and wholesale banking value chain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing client deliverables and presentations
  • You will likely spend a significant amount of time onsite with our clients. As such, you must have the ability to travel. This travel can be as much as 80% to 100% of a work week. Travel may be international. In addition you must have a driver’s license as many clients are not within range of public transportation

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global financial institution
  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Financial Services, specifically in the Consumer, Mortgage and Wholesale banking.
  • The ability to deliver high stakes deliverables under demanding timelines. You should have the ability to be flexible with changes and keep the client focused and stay within the scope of the engagement.
