    • Recruit Agents / Advisors.
    • HandlingTeam
    • Manage Agents / Advisors through proper coaching and training.
    • Drive Agents / Advisors and build team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Age between 21 – 35 yrs
    • Graduation / Post Graduation
    • 2 Year plus experience in Insurance /BFSI preferred
    • Should have stability in one company for more than 1.5 years
