Job Description :

• Gaining Knowledge About Various Tourism Places By Researching Various Destinations.
• Preparing Indicative Travel Itineraries / Travel Plans.
• Reaching Customers in a Requisite Manner and Diagnose the Client Specifications and Wishes.
• Suggesting and Explaining Travel Itineraries and Suitable Travel Packages or Services.
• Supply Travelers with Pertinent Information and Useful Travel / Holiday Materials (such as Maps, Guides Etc.)
• Reaching Revenue and Profit Targets Within Timelines and with Acceptable Quality Standard.
• Handle Unforeseen Problems in Consultation with Booking Departments and Work Towards Win- Win Situation for Both the Organization as Well as Client.
• Use and Promote Usage of Efficient Technological Tools to Enhance Customer Experience and Reduce Lead Time.
• Maintain Rapport with Cross Functional Team Members Ad Stake Holders to Ensure Smooth Operations.
• Follow the Organizational Values.
• Attend Training from Time to Time and Use the Outcomes in Day to Day Activities.
• Train Sub-ordinates On the Processes / Procedures.
