Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals..

Responsibilities:

• Be part of service delivery team leading pre-sales engagements and large transformation delivery program in BSS
  
  • Take E2E technical ownership and will be working with team of Solution architects and Program Directors in delivering complex Charging system programs which include Ericsson and other vendor’s products.
  • Run the proposals and lead the RFPs. Identify and proactively drive new business opportunities
  • Analyze customer requirements, define business requirements and drive the solution.
  • Be the primary contact for customer for all technical discussions and matters
  • Understand customer network deployments and should be able to propose solutions for customer needs.
  • Define Scope and design by using BSS solution offerings with focus on product roadmap and work closely with Customer, Solution Area, Domain team and Product development team for solution and service readiness.
  • Perform value argumentation through generating customer business cases and developing technical presentations, proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing.

Key Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or equivalent
  
  • Around 16 to 20 years demonstrated ability.
  • Previous experience and validated technical expertise in EOC/ECM/charging system/Billing. Having experience in ENM product would be preferable.
  • An experience in technically leading large transformation projects.
  • A deep knowledge and experience in multiple BSS portfolio products and product roadmaps.
  • Excellent technical presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good experience in virtualization and cloud technologies (Good To Have)
  • Problem Solving and Strategic / Creative / Innovative thinking
  • Solid grasp of industry standards such as eTOM, TAM and SID
  • You will need to have customer and market insight as well as shown interpersonal skills
  • Experience with enterprise architecture methodologies / frameworks..
