• Able to comprehend process of creating and processing master data of the respective stream i.e. ATR, PTP, OTC and impact on corresponding upstream systems. Ex. BPMA, MDGF etc.,
• Good understanding the GSAP flow and processes and design of HSUD.
• Ability to work on SNOW request and process the master data information in the Financial application system i.e. SAP.
• Master data related query handling and follow up with business user
• Process request on update of master data from the respective streams.
• Coordination with BoDo (Business Data object Owner) on the data objects and also support in any data cleansing activities.
• Coordination with Data Governance team in establishing new process and or changes to the existing governance process.
• Play as Key user for the respective stream and act as access ambassador to handle any access related to master data for the respective streams
• Support and be part of the Accounting team in transaction processing for the respective stream.
• To be comfortable with both IT and business language (i.e. must understanding the difference of communicating with technical v/s business person).
• Articulate the master data related queries to the IT support team as required due to defect fixes or new enhancement.
• Manage the support required for capturing the master data scenarios for testing
• Manage the support required for data migration or cutover topic that may arise as part of master data maintenance process.
• Manage testing that may arise as part of the master data maintenance and coordinate with the business for required business sign-off
• Ensure required support is extended to other processes on any integration topic that has master data involvement.

• Several years of professional experience in the area of Accounting, master data related to operational financial processes.
• Good knowledge of shipping and logistic business and processes is a plus
• Fluent in English
• High degree of self-initiative and innovative capacities
• Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as capacity for teamwork
• Resilience and independent way of working
• Above all person must have excellent eye for detail and inquisitive mind-set.
