Job Responsibilities:


To oversee production of high-quality English skills certification and independent learning materials for deployment over the web and Android app LSRW, assessed via a mix of multiple choice and AI-assisted speech-to-text open-ended questions.


  • Create and develop relevant, engaging content for a wide range of products such as online learning modules, live classes, phone coaching, face to face training etc.
  • Detailed review of all content for products to ensure it meets learning objectives and is engaging.
  • Coach and mentor writers, trainers and coaches as required to ensure quality delivery of products and services
  • Visualize and conceive products to meet various learning needs
  • Plan implementation, work allocation and track progress of team members to meet deadlines and quality standards as required
  • Coordinate with the inhouse team and a large pool of freelance contributors to maintain high quality output though system of review, monitor and feedback
  • Collaborate closely with in-house AV team during all phases of content production.
  • Engage with learners through various mediums such as through live online classes or interaction over telephone
  • Contribute to thought leadership activities as required

Key Skills

  • English language teaching qualification(s) and Experience in a Corporate
  • English language learning content creation experience
  • Experience with creating digital content and knowledge of education technologies.
  • Impeccable English language skills
  • An excellent understanding of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Creative thinker and quick learner with great communication skills
  • An exceptional organizer
  • Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
