Ensures adherence to agreed rules and processes, and oversees mainly administrative operations accomplished by a team of Clerical and/or Personal assistants.
  • Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures.
  • Ensures achievement of agreed performance standards.
  • Contributes to budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Prioritizes and assigns tasks to the team members, and checks progress of transactions and workflows.
  • Proposes procedure improvements and implements technical infrastructure.
  • Manages transactions with involved internal and external parties.
  • Responds to operations related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact.
  • Reports accurately and timely to accountable management.
  • Leads employees in the team assigned.
