The candidate must have the following experience and attributes:


  • Good Experience in skills like Java, Applets, Servlet, Struts, J2EE, JDBC/SQL, and JSP/HTML
  • Relational Database experience (Oracle/MYSQL) with strong PL/SQL
  • An understanding and experience with full software development lifecycle including functional & technical specification, development (including object and component-based design), documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance, and deployment is essential
  • Good experience in applications development methodologies, Agile, SDLC, and other IT industry standards
  • Hands-on Reporting Tools like Crystal/Jasper/Pentoha
