Key Responsibilities:

  • 3 - 10 years of experience in international non-voice process

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Must have experience in international email and chat support process

  • Graduate in any discipline with experience from Customer Service background in Spanish Email communication experience preferably from ITES Industry.

  • Understanding the voice of the customer and striving to meet customer expectations.

  • Be pro-active and anticipate customer problems. Be prepared to walk the extra mile to cement the relationship and ensure repeat business Building strong relationships with customers and engage in open discussions which contribute to continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Customer service attitude imperative


  • Effective communication skill and interpersonal skill be able to build good working relationship (internal and external)

  • Experience in directly interacting with customers

  • Organisational and Time management skills: multi-tasking and prioritising, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals

  • Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes

  • Initiative: Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation warrants it

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Can see hidden problems and looks beyond the obvious for answers

  • Drive for Results – Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
