Position Summary


  • Responsible for creating, preparing, distributing, and analyzing various operational metric reports for the EMEA Business Operations.


Job Responsibilities


  • Coaching new joiners
  • Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business reporting issues for the US Business Operation.
  • Involved in testing, training, and implementation of database applications. Formulates and defines project scope and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
  • Provides project management support to various initiatives by providing reporting support.
  • Manages and participates on projects that encompass both short and long term business planning.
  • Analyze and document new reporting projects; which will include project scopes, time requirements, resource requirements, dependencies, and prioritizations.
  • Preparation and distribution of the weekly, monthly, and YTD Operational Reports.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.


Experience

  • Total experience greater than or equal to 3 years, should be working on a similar role for the minimum 18 months.


Knowledge and skills
(general and technical)


  • Should be able to write and edit VBA codes
  • Should be able to communicate with clients independently
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Aggregate functions, Pivots, Formatting, Tables, Others (outline, sorting, validation, text to columns, VLOOKUP’s)
  • Strong understanding of SQL
  • Should have the strong knowledge of SQL Queries and MS Access based database
  • Should have skills to analyze data and provide inputs
  • Exposure to advanced excel and macro editing
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding and comprehension of the English language
  • Good Analytical, Problem Solving Approach
  • Ability to establish priorities and Decision making skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks / Managing Self
  • Data entry skills
  • Exposure to telecommunications systems and equipment.
  • Good Analytical, problem solving skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-disciplined and results oriented

  • Trainers for the purpose of pre-process and process training
