Job content

  • Perform incident and problem management with regards to data which affects the log review reconciliation process.
  • Provide SQL/data support for log review reconciliation services.
  • Compile through SQL queries and other documented manual / automated methods, data required to generate logs for log review reconciliation
  • Provide support for taking backup, restoration and archival of relevant log review data.
  • Co-Ordinate with CATE, Development team on DB architecture and Application process flow.
  • Ability to create reports as per Client Standard.
  • Create and maintain internal training materials for team members and provide knowledge transfer to Client. Materials should have semi-annual review by Client.
  • Maintain/Update fully documented procedure manuals (Run books) that provide step-by-step instructions for performing log review reconciliation of all log review services
  • Work in a 24/7 environment

    • Experience in Incident Management and Change Management

    Working experience in PLSQL (Stored procedure- Trouble shoot), TSQL , Create and trouble shoot SSIS Packages,

    Experience in Database administration in MS SQL/Sybase/Oracle
