Roles and Responsibilities:-

Material traceability in the stores as per location defined.
Highlighting slow moving inventory and suggest action plan.
Putting checks to avoid incorrect dispatch.
Monitoring transit status and keeping customers up to date on real time basis.
Sample dispatch and return management.
Coordination with internal departments for technical clarity.
ERP vs physical stock deviation mapping.
Maintaining material receipt entries signed by internals.
Invoice entry to update stock levels from factory or external vendors.
Maintain warehouse in clean working condition.
Effective and prompt communication avoiding any delays.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Understanding ERP software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Prior work experience in process oriented work culture.(valve manufacturing)
Excellent written and communication skills.
Experience of working in cross functional situation.
Problem solving attitude.
Flexible to roll up the sleeves at odd hours to get the job done.
Location should be in Nashik.
Should required basis degree.
