Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Relationship Management/ Customer Experience/ Client Servicing and involved in direct customer interaction.
  • Functional knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets
  • Sales experience is a bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure students have a great learning experience
  • Provide support to the students throughout their learning journey and be responsible for learning outcomes
  • Dealing with issues and complaints brilliantly. Ensure timely resolutions and maintaining TAT
  • Using feedback to proactively anticipate student issues and work out appropriate solutions Collect referrals and upselling

NOTE: It’s a full-time role. 6 days a week working & should be available to join immediately.
