About the job

Aashman foundation is a NGO working for widows, women empowerment, child education & development. It’s the No.1 and the only NGO in India working for single income family widows.

We are now recruiting in the following departments:

1. Human Resource (min. 6 months)

Tasks - Recruitment, interviewing, handling candidates, handling departments.

2. Sales & Marketing (3 months)

Task: Posting videos and posters in their social media platform, generate funds for the organisation to support the needy, collaboration with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management, etc.

3. Social Media Marketing (3 months)

Task: Use these 3 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to create awareness about aashman, make its voice reach out to masses using social media.

4. Fundraiser (30-45 days)

Person must be energetic and confident about raising funds with new individuals as well as institutional organisations, need to support organisation in running campaigns with monetary as well as in-kind support.

Example, if milk donation drive is going on then he should be the first one to spread this to people in city through all platforms of social media or over phone calls, and he can bring cash support or milk support to the needed ones. Means he must be told how to do the establishment of communication and achieve the desired outcome.

5. Social Worker Department (min 6 months)

The intern will have to work on social causes and will not be involved in professional work like HR

Anyone can apply who has that genuine aspiration to work for social causes.

6. Online Event Management (3 months)

One must have basic knowledge to organise and event.

Task - generate ideas for online events, like webinars, storytelling, etc.

7) Videographer: (30days)

We have opened up hiring for videographers. The conditions is as follows:

• The person should not be completely a Fresher. Bit experienced is required.
• Should have camera. We are not hiring anyone who calls himself or herself a videographer by making videos on phone.
• The person should be living in these cities - Chandigarh - Panchkula- Mohali- Zirakpur
• Not other location’s entry will be entertained.

ABOUT THE STIPEND:-

• We should keep in mind that Aashman Foundation is an NGO. They award us with certificates and letters of recommendation based on our performance, which adds immense value to our Resume.
• All the departments have an UNPAID STIPEND.
• There are no admission fees.
• Given the pandemic, as of now all the work is on a work-from-home basis.
• No specific education required, just willingness to contribute to society is required.
