Roles and Responsibilities

The role is accountable for the day-to-day activities of General Trade in accordance with overall company policy. Major parts of the day-to-day activities includes adherence to call cycle, ensure 100% feet on street, resolving issue with Store Personnel, ensure availability of stocks and freebies. responsible for people management for the respective area. The role also includes coordination with various SPOCS and resolving issues.

Apart from this, the role also demands coaching and motivating the Promoters and adhering to the SLAs as agreed with the client.


Summary:

  • Deliver set Secondary Sales Targets & KPIs.
  • Activate all safety, business ethics, and commercial policies for the Marketing Representatives (MRs).
  • Plans the work schedule of MRs.
  • Reviews monthly activities time to time to ensure execution of the highest standards.
  • Visits market regularly with MRs to resolve market related issues.
  • Activate all policies relating to the recruitment, salary and benefits for the field sales team reporting to him.
  • Ensure 100% Manning and keep Attrition within specified limits

Educational Qualification:Graduation in any stream


Technical Qualification: MS-Office, MS-Outlook


Experience:3 to 5 years of work experience in FMCG sales (General Trade)
