Analyzes company needs, and works with vendors and/or programmers to design system specifications. Implements and maintains human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information. Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system. Provides data retrieval ability to produce information for analysis, and decision making. Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation. May support several functional applications, administers HR information technology model and process standardization design, technology selection and deployment process. Combines Human Resource knowledge with information retrieval skills. May monitor and oversee various system interfaces to ensure data integrity and reporting completeness.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, and Excel (creating tables, formulas, and V-lookups).
  • Demonstrated excellence in Database fundamentals, Workday, SQL queries, Alteryx, report visualization using Tableau.
  • Data visualization best practices and business intelligence development experience is preferred (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
  • Experience in development and execution in Tableau architecture, publishing to Tableau Server, integration of published workbooks into SharePoint or similar formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – Strong English Speaking skills.
  • Produce successful results with both technical and non-technical presentation of analytic outcomes.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities to effectively collaborate, align and influence multiple strategies, priorities and agendas. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong track record of success with owning solutions from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success of professional navigation in a matrix environment across stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts.
  • Must have the ability to translate business needs from non-data oriented leaders into relevant reporting and analysis.
