What You Will Do :
  • Drive the team technically to deliver software with quality and schedule
  • Communicate with customer for technical and managerial issues
  • Plan and execute software releases
  • Work with different functions in the organization like IT, HR, Admin, Finance ensuring smooth execution of projects
  • Responsible for enforcement of software development processes in the team.

What You Need :

  • Min. experience of 8 years including 2 years of Project Management.

  • Working experience in one of programming languages - C, C++ or Java

  • Expertise in Networking protocols - UDP/TCP.

  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with customer.

  • Good understanding of SVN or GIT.

  • Ability to technically drive and manage team of size 8-10.

  • Experience in recruitment and building high quality teams.

  • Able to define and successfully drive processes.

  • Experience in Project Management processes - Schedule, Risks, Estimation
  • Ability to work with Product Owners.
  • Experience in Agile, scrums.
  • High focus on quality releases/deliverables.
  • Have experience in coordination with other non-engineering departments - Finance, Process Excellence, Admin, HR.
