  • Accurately process all incoming Requests For Quotes (RFQ) and work with customers and sales representatives to establish project needs and determine best production process and materials to fulfill customers’ orders.
  • Sales Activities such as calling and/or emailing customers to look for new opportunities.
  • Manage domestic and international vendors to determine the best vendor to produce customers’ order.
  • With excellent customer service attitude, efficiently provide quotes to our customers.
  • Once quote is approved, processes the order and follow up with vendors for timely delivery and quality as per customer needs.
  • Coordinate shipments to ensure orders are delivered on time according to project specifications either to our office or directly delivered to customer provided addresses.
  • Maintain a clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Responsible for coordinating the approval of customer’s credit for each project with Collections/Billing
  • Responsible for coordinating on time customer payments to our Billing department
  • Ensure review and approval of all Return Merchandise Authorizations. Follow-up on all open RMAs.

Being a startup, there may be other duties in addition to the ones mentioned above.
Key Skills
1-3 years’ experience working with customers and vendors. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electromechanical / mechanical / industrial. 1-3 years’ experience in either CNC machining, 3D printing, Sheet Metal work, Vacuum Casting or Injection molding processes. Purchasing project management with domestic and international vendors. 1-3 years’ experience in Quoting CNC, 3D printed, sheet metal, castings or injection molded parts. Knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling to edit files. Working knowledge in Plastics such as ABS, Acrylic, Delrin, Polycarbonate, Nylon AND Metals such as Aluminum and steel Digital Marketing Experience is a plus., LANGUAGE SKILLS: Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written at an advanced level. OTHER SKILLS: Ability to organize, direct and manage projects under minimal supervision. PC skills required: ERP type systems and MS Office.
