We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Team leader to join our Department who has more than2 years’experience for the same profile.

Your main goal is for team leader, or supervisor, and manages a team of employees, ensuring that the employees are motivated and complete their assigned projects on time.

Your duties include setting the team’s daily objectives, training new staff members and motivating them to perform efficiently.

You have to take calls and Explaining regarding our business model

Responsibilities

· Setting their team’s goals and communicating them effectively

· Developing and implementing plans and strategies

· Delegating responsibilities to team members according to their expertise

· Resolving internal conflicts and boosting up the team’s morale

· Managing and allocating the team’s resources

· Supervise and manages the Team Employees.

· Inbound and Outbound tele calling.

· Answering phones and explaining the business model of the company.

· Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Qualifications

· Graduation in any field. Well versed with computers.

· Work experience as a Team leaders minimum or more than 2 years.

· Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

· Computer knowledge Excel, Power point, word etc.
